We recently interviewed three candidates for this position.We have decided to appoint Tadeusz Vajda to the vacant position.

I will briefly describe the candidate’s strengths and explain the reasons for our decision.Firstly, Vajda is Polish,so that he knows a lot about the consumer psychology of Polish.Secondly, he joined Fast-Track five years ago as Regional Manager for the south of Poland.As a result, he could understand and carry out and implement company philosophy. Besides,he has the experience to make the sales team united and manage them to be more motivated,dynamic and effective.Thirdly, his achievements show us that he has been fairly successful,increasing sales by 12% over the five-year period.Thus it can be seen that he is a hard worker and has strong sales ability.Last but not least,he has a good academic background of University degree and good linguistic ability of fluent Polish and English.

On the other hand ,Vajda is 52 years old .Maybe ,relatively speaking, the age is a bit big.However,his age makes him very calm and relaxed.I believe that he will also be calm when coming across difficulties in future work.Next,he isn’t creative but happy to get ideas from the creative members of a team.His ability to handle administration supply the gap well.Current staff think he is practical and reliable.

Above all,I think Tadeusz Vajda is the most suitable candidate for the new Sales Manager for Fast-Track’s subsidiary in Warsaw,Poland.
